Most of them do yes. But then there are the ones who's parents act the same way they do on the street and if thats how youve been brought up thats how you'll stay

Well by definition a teenager is 13-19 so when they get to 20 they have grown out of been a teenage yobbo.
Seriously yobs generally move on after the age of 25. Or here in Essex 50

Most of the time its the way they've been brought up, they havent seen another side of things so they assume the way they live is fine. Those who have experienced the mad life and mature will move away frm it, but sadly the rest will still be anti-social cos they jus dont have a clue, or choose not to change

A good number given opportunity can but if they are drawn into the Juvenile Justice System then many will become career criminals and being away from family, peer group, and the community with whatever its problems, is key to the outcome.

Yes they do and alot of them end up ashamed of how they were when they were younger! Of course there are some that dont but thats life.
