I'd start Grossman because he seems to play well against good teams and fall apart against bad ones. New England falls into that first category, and with Mark Bradley emerging as yet another weapon in an already loaded passing game, Grossman has more receiving assets at his disposal than Vick.

Vick even though he isn't been consistent but grossman is gonna have problems vs NE so go with Vick vs NO

Definitely Vick. The NO defense isn't that fast, so he'll rack up some rushing yards. That game figures to be a shootout while Chicago and New England will be a low-scoring defensive game.
