Your friend has to be the one to make the decision to tell someone. All you can do right now is talk to your friend about it and hope for the best. Eventually she will have to tell someone becouse its not like it can go unotice, gaining alot of weight will uncover her secret. I woud't recommend telling someone becouse it would break the trust connection between you and your cousin. Once thats broken, its will be hard to regain trust if not impossible. Since you promised your cousin that you would not tell, you should keep your word.

talk to her ASAP. Tell her that if she doesn't tell her mom by tomorrow that your going to do it for her. She's probably going to be upset with you but it's important that her parents know about this. They can help her get the medical attention her and her baby will need. Thankfully she's got a good cousin and friend in you that can help her out during this time and think more clearly than she's doing at the moment. Good Luck.

You should tell her that she needs to tell her parents and that if she won;t you will. You could offer to go with her to tell them. She needs to start prenatal care, and to make some decisions about whether or not she will keep this baby. If she wants to choose to terminate the pregnancy, she needs to make that decision soon.

Well, she needs first off to learn prenatal care because if she does something dangerous, like say, smoking or whatnot (i'm not saying she does) it will hurt the baby. She needs to tell her parents because they'll find out one way or another, and if she keeps procrastinating until she starts showing, her parents will feel like she's been lying to them or hiding something.

talk to her about telling someone else. she should be taking it seriously.
if she's living in a state like
NJ, where they allowed minors to get an abortion without letting her parents know, she can do that if abortion is one of her choices. if not, she has to tell her parents so that she can get all the prenatal care required for the good health of her baby.
you should encourage her to take it more seriously.

I think you should tell someone, she's way too young to be thinking about huge decisions about this on her own. Even though she'll probably get angry with you, someday she'll realize it was the right thing to do.

sometimes the responsible thing to do is make desisions for someone when they cant make them for themselves.. 15 is still a child.. I vote tell her mom... its worth you not having to live with it if something bad happened...

You should let her tell her parents herself.. how would you feel if she told everything bad that you ever did? just tell her how u feel and tell her she has to tell her mom sooner or later
