i really like the look the look of eyeliner applied inside the rims of my eyes, but i can never find one that lasts the whole day without smearing or having to reapply! so, i really want one that goes inside and doesnt need reapplying and doesnt leave wierd little lines under my eyes or smear down my face. kthnxbye

no eyeliner is gonna stay on the waterline (inner rim) trust me iv tried chanel to covergirl if i do put somthing on the waterline i apply MAC fluidline it will stay on for about an hour and half if u apply MAC powerpoint over it it will stay for a few more hours ( i also use to like rimmel kohl pencil instead of powerpoint when i was in highschool )
try getting a q-tip or your CLEAN finger and wipe the area so its not as watery to make it stay longer. do not put liquid eyeliner on the waterline it will hurt like hell.

Look for eyeliners that are waterproof or non-smudge.
It's really hard to get the eyeliner not to smudge in the outside cause obviously the water stuff from your eye gets in it pretty easily.
And just so you know doing that (applying eyeliner on the inside) actually hurts your skin and eyes and is very unhealthy.

as crazy as it sounds most of the time its the cheap makeup that stays on! try nyc eyeliner or wet and wild. in the pencil form.

try the waterproof eyeliner and also burn the tip of the eyeliner it last longer

i have the same problem. try applying it closer to the lashes. i use a max factor liner twist up it has been great to me so far

go to a nail salon they have permanent eyeliner or anywhere they have it.

MALLY smokey eyeliner is made just for that!!! It is the best!!!
