Visual attraction is most important when meeting someone for the first time.
After that, I become a victim of touch.
My girlfriend always thinks she is overweight no matter how much I tell her that she is wrong.

It doesn't always hurt the first time. Whether it hurts depends on a a number of factors, including the woman's age, degree of excitement, the gentleness of penetration, the use of lube, size of the "opening" and shape of the hymen. The older a woman is, the more ready she is to reproduce. Her reproductive system is more mature, able to produce more natural lube, she's more self confident and therefore less likely to suffer from nervousness (which can produce responses that would make it hurt more, like less natural lube and muscle tension that would easily get sore). If a woman is ready and excited, she responds with actions that make it easier. She produces more natural lube and her muscle tension loosens so penetration is easier. When people (men and women) are excited in this manner, their sensitivity to pain decreases as part of the adrenaline response. You may have noticed that if you're cut or scratched during sports, you notice the blood and haven't even noticed the pain of getting the scratch in the first place. The response is similar. A man who penetrates a woman gently may be able to do it without causing pain at all. The shape of the hymen (see the wikipedia article below) has a lot to do with this. Not all hymens are "tight" enough to cause a lot of pain. The effects of the size of the "opening" and use of artificial lube in the woman's comfort should be self evident. It is a fallacy that sex has to hurt a woman the first time. It is also a fallacy that this would lead to extinction of any species in which reproductive pain was common. Male cats have barbs on their "male organs" that hurt the female. This type of pain can induce ovulation in the female cat (it doesn't work in humans so don't try it). Refer to the next wiki article, under the heading "reproduction". The fallacies behind this causing extinction are: 1) It doesn't happen every time. Therefore, selection would favor the gentle guys who take the time to get their mates "in the mood". There are other reasons why first time pain would not lead to extinction, but they are politically incorrect and I won't mention them.

I dont think we are really judging or checking out your body that closely, particularly married couples or people who have been together a while because " we already know what to expect"
If you were to put on a few pounds we would notice that with or without having sex.
You mentioned you hubby wanting sex so your appearance is still obviously attractive to him even if it's not ideal to you.
What goes through my mind before is what i am about to do to her
what goes through my head during is making her finish.

Men judge the body before getting to the point of sex. At the time of sex, we get focused and most don't care if you are a bit overweight as long as you are clean.
5'1" at 115 is not bad at all. Being able to count your ribs from a distance is not sexy. Having sex with the starved can hurt when you hit a bone. Most men like women with a little meat on the bones.

I think I speak for most males. When a woman lets us have sex with her, we are into her body in a big way. Thin or chubby, tall or short, it doesn't matter. At that point in time the woman we are with is Venus. Immature men may make disparaging remarks about 'fat chicks' or whatever. If they had the chance to make love to a fat chick however, they would do so in an instant. For me this holds true no matter how many times I make love to the same woman.

I can only speak for myself. Being married and the love I have for my wife looks beyond her imperfections weight gain or what ever. When I look at her I still see the young lady that I married.
and after 27yrs the sex is better than when we first got married. I dont judge her body I enjoy with her. By the way she she thinks she fat. I tell her shes not.

Well if you are already married it is no surprise what your body is going to look like, your partner should know by now! For guys we don't know if you feel fat or crappy unless you tell us so just be confident in your body. Anyways usually women turn off the lights anyways so it is hard to judge.

During sex, all I am concentrating on is making her feel as good as I can. The body doesn't matter nearly as much as the personality anyway. If he truly loves you he loves you the way you are. Don't worry.

Well if I was married to a 5'1, 115lbs woman (which by the by sounds mighty good to me) that loves me since forever and still makes an effort to look this good. It thoughts would be something like this....(before sex)....ALRIGHT! IM GETTING SOME, WOW I HOPE SHE THINKS I LOOK AS GOOD AS HER. MAYBE I FEW MORE CRUNCHES A DAY ARE IN ORDER. SHES SO HOT...WAIT IS SHE WEARING....SCORE! SHES WEARING THE BLACK ONE......and so forth. (during sex)...kinda hard (no pun intended) to say. its more complex and basic. More like a combination of OH, GOD THIS FEELS SOOOO FRACKING GREAT! and if you truly care about your mate you do your darnest to please them in every way. So to answer your question most of us have our own personal demons to deal with.

I love it lol
Here is what i think i considering my wife is around your size it should fit. I think it is most most amazing time to see her body in the heat of passion. With her skin shining due to the sweat but it does not matter how she completely looks it is more on the touch and feel of her skin and the ability to feel her not the cloths she normally has on.
