I am a quite gullible person, so some people find it funny to treat me as if I'm dumb, and I usually find it ok because I can see they're being sweet, but some people treat me like ****, usually guys or some girls, what do I say for them to stop without making a mess?

Walk away from them, dont even give them a response, they arent worth it. I can be an *airhead* at times as well as everyone, unless you come up with something exceptionally clever to say, rebuttling is only going to give them more opportunity to taunt and harass you. No person has the right to belittle another person for who they are, as I see it its a priveledge reserved for only my best friends! Walk away from people who make you feel bad about yourself! You are the best You that ever walked the face of the earth and if someone wants to try to be a better you than you tell them to go for it... just go do it somewhere else !=)

Sorry to hear your story... My advice to you is to get some self esteem.. You are a human being and entitled to a wonderful life just like the rest of us..
- Set some standards on how you expect to be treated and don't settle for anything less..
If someone is not up to your standard, don't waste your time with them.. Nobody likes everybody.
- This is not an ego thing it's a self respect thing. People won't think any more highly of you than you do yourself.
- hope I helped.

Be direct and brutally honest with them. You have to stand up for yourself at some point. Tell them their attitude is hurtful and request they stop. Any true friend will not only stop immediately and never act that way again, they will also apologize for such behaviour and seek your forgiveness. Any person that doesn't isn't a true friend and you're better off without them anyway.

Tell them what you truly think of it and start standing up for yourself. And use a colorful vocab. with it. That will make them stop. I used to have that problem in school and I started running my mouth. Now all they do is say hi every once in awhile. You can bring bullies down when you set your mind to it.

Tell them the truth. Tell them you don't like being treated that way. If you want to be less confrontational, use "I" sentences. That is, you begin your sentences with "I". i.e. "I feel like **** when I am made a fool out of." Something to that effect. It gets the point across, without pointing a finger at them. As opposed to: "You treat me like ****." "You" sentences tend to be very accusing.

You stand up for yourself with respect and dignity that you should have for yourself. Tell them that they are hurting your feelings and if they are true friends then they will stop if not then you really don't need them as friends.
