i have had three jobs in 3 months and they seem to fire me because of my record i made a few mistakes a couple years ago how can i make them believe me and trust me if no one will even give me a chance

Many are in your situation....my suggestion to all in your situation is to be open up front.....they will fire you for lying on your application.

It depends on whether or not you lied on your record. If you did you should be honest with them and tell them about your mistakes and that you have learned from them. Because in truth everybody makes mistakes, even employers. mistakes are often good since you learn from them. and if tey can't accept that about you then they shouldn't expect anything from themselves. often the best of things are founded on mistakes.

So just keep on trying and tell them you have changed and that you are willing to commit to anything that will help you keep your job.

Isn't it illegal to fire someone for a record. You should try as hard as you can to get their trust.

Once they hire you it is illegal to fire you based on your criminal record.
