ordered a bouget of flowers for a new babies arrival on sunday, ordered same day delivery to a address in chester, I'm in milton keynes, the flowers were delivered TUESDAY to my own address almost dead! sent them back but the company, [Blooming Flowers in Herts ] will not respond at all.

If you paid by credit card, contact the credit card complany and cancel payment on the item. That's the reason we use credit cards! Once they realize they aren't getting their $$ I bet they start listening to you.

I sympathise - I bought a product off Ebay and paid using paypal, then more than 24 hours later I am informed by ebay that this item is no longer listed. Surely Ebay has some responsibility to me!

Write them a threatening letter stating your rights, best check them out first, dont worry, you're well covered but not if you dont act fast.

I don't know if you're in the US, but if you are you can contact the Better Business Bureau. If you're not, there's probably an equivalent agency where you live.
