If she's had sex in the past w/o it being painful, she should be able to have sex a year later w/o it being painful providing she has no over-riding medical conditions (like endometriosis) that have developed since she last had sex. The hymen doesn't grow back so there's no pain there. Provided she is sufficiently interested and lubricated, sex after a year should be no different than she was experiencing prior to her period of abstinence.

It should not be that painful. It has only been a year and if she wants it bad enough I'm sure it wont be too bad. There are many things you can do to decrease the pain. Taking it slow, making sure she is wet whether its with lubricant, saliva or just natural stimulation will all work!

was it painful for her before? because I fdgure if someone hasn't had sex for over a year that they would be ready to go!!! Unless she has had bad experiences with it. Just take it slow.

Is your WANG super HUGE or something? Why would it hurt? Just b/c she hasnt had sex in awhile doesnt mean it will hurt. She'll be fine. If you ARE freakishly HUGE...just go slow and take it easy on the girl!

HI the trick is in arrowsal. Try going slowly and remember where all the zones are on her body. And remember to have fun. You can actually have playtime.

Just go really really slow at first until she gives you the sign that she is ready to go faster. Talk to her!
