I like a wide array of music too! My favorite artists/albums/songs are:
1) No Doubt - Tragic Kingdom album has a lot of very good songs. Their "Best Of" album is also worth buying/downloading. I would also recommend Gwen Stefani's solo album.
2) Lenny Kravitz - "Best Of" album rocks!
3) Milky - I like the "Just the Way You Are" and "Be My World".
4) Bonnie Bailey - "Everywhere" and "Ever After"
5) Justin Timberlake - I like the songs released from his new album so far. Haven't listened to the entire album though.
6) Avenue Q - very funny songs!
7) Red Hot Chili Peppers - love ALL their albums!
8) Smashing Pumpkins - "Best Of" also very good (1979, Tonight Tonight, Ava Adore, Perfect, etc...)
9) Green Day - "Time of Your Life (Good Riddance)", "Redundant", "Wake Me UP When September Ends", etc.
10) Joss Stone - very talented artist! My favorite is "Super Duper Love"
11) Fiona Apple - "Criminal"
12) Chris Brown
13) Rascal Flatts/Dixie Chicks - I don't really like country but I liked the songs they performed at the recent AMA; would download in my Ipod
14) Pussycat Dolls - catchy music... loved their performance at the AMA
15) Tamia - "Smile" and "So Into You" (did I get that right?!?)
16) Maxwell - got some good "makeout" music... lol
17) Nelly Furtado - "Promiscuous" and good song performed at the AMA too
I could go on and on and on...
