I would get them a "token" something, yes. He will see that you did, and appreciate it. He might not get your son something, but no matter, I think you should get his kids something...just don't go "overboard".

It would be very thoughtful of you to get them something ... it doesn't have to be anything huge ... a gift card, some new movies ... toys ... whatever it is they are into ... make sure it comes from the heart though ... I'm sure he'll appreciate it ... too strong would be you forcing his kids to have Christmas with your son & do everything you want to do .. now that is strong ... !

Gosh yes you must as they are a part of your life and i am sure if he is a man worth your time and your sons he will buy him something .Giving his children a gift is a sign you accept them and i dont think it is coming across as strong it shows you are kind and considerate

only if you want to.... I would get them a small gift not anything to expensive just enough to let them know you think well of them.

I usually give my friend's kids a treat bag or stocking with fruit, nuts, chocolates, small puzzles, and a toy of some kind --- usually a car or action figure.

Well if it was me doing it, I would get them some little something that didn't amount to much at all. That way at least they know that you are and were thinking about them. Plus the fact they would not feel left out.

I think you should get them something small like a 10$ gift certificate depending on how many of them there are and what their ages are.

I would buy them something small & thoughtful, this way you are not comingt on to strong, but also acknowledging a big part of his life & who he is!

Good Luck!

Even though you've been dating a short time, I'd get them something. I would pick something small, not expensive, but nice. It would be a nice gesture, to let him and them know you thought of them.

no. you haven't been together long enough. and you will look like you are comming on strong to him and may look like you are trying to take the place of their mother to the children. if you want to thouh you should ask him if he feels this would be crossing a boundry since everyone has different feelings about this.

I think not. However, if you really feel strongly about it...get them a couple of cheap as* toy cars and a small box of candy from Walmart. It'll cost you what???...twenty bucks at most.
