Depending on the type of sticker you can easily pull one off and others need a razor to remove them.
I like to take a small box cutter blade, with the tip go to the part of the sticker that no one would notice a nic in the paint, Lift up the corner and use Goo Gone. It is not that expensive, however I would suggest using the stronger strength. The household one does not work well with stickers on cars. Follow the instructions and you will be fine. Patience is the key for removal.

Goo Gone sucks! Use Goof Off. That's much stronger, and works on anything. It is strong though, so don't let it sit on paint. Wipe it down when your done, maybe a little wax if your using it on paint.
