we did those type of christmas exchanges where i worked. I bought some cool wine glass looking candle holders from pier 1 and some good smelling candles to go with it. Everyone seemed to think it was a great idea and it didn't cost a fortune but looked classy, or a bottle of wine with a nice wine bag is always a thought...add one of those holiday cheese/cracker things and its a really nice gift for anyone

How about a game? All people like board games, right? I mean, you could go the easy way and get a gift card but that's kinda lame and it'll make you look very un-thoughtful (is that a word?)
