Im 34 DD (UK size) and i need a bra which reduces bounce for sports like running and tennis....does anyone recommend a specific bra brand or shop i can go to?

A victorias secret sports bra is a good bra and your best bet if you live out of India.
In India its the triumph or the lovable brands sports bras that are really good,slightly pricey but worth their buy.
The comfort and shape are really awesome and you will never feel awkward playing anysport or walking or anything once you lget hooked on to these bras.
I am telling you all this because i too am in the same boat as you are.

Your UK size is the same as an American 34DD. Have you tried a minimizing bra? They offer good support and take away bounce. Playtex also has a variety of bras for bigger breasted women and I'm sure most of them help with bounce as well.

Ok you can buy a cup sizes light padded bra.. They are good & would let your breasts bounce much. However, 34 DD is not much if you would have known a few ladies in our country India....

A sports bra. I have always had my best luck at Victoria's Secret. They make sure you are fit correctly and the bras last a long time. Pricey but worth it!

I recommend Natori sports bra or Donna Karen sports bra.
Everyday bra I suggest Wacoal.

I find that Vasnerette (its spelled something like that) has the best "no-bounce". You can even buy them at Wal-Mart!
