It seems like a harmless hobby. However if one were to remove all the pages in a puzzle book, and tightly roll them into a cylinder, then using white glue reinforce that cylinder and lengthen it, it would make an excellent baton stick which could be used to lightly tap the base of someones neck where it meets the skull.

Only with boredom probably. Have you seen that terrible programme with Eamon Holmes Sudo-Q? It's like Numberwang on That Mitchell & Webb Look comedy programme. Completely pointless.
