How is it that he was ready to have sex but not to deal with the consequences?
Do whatever YOU want to do with the baby. There are many, many support groups for women in your situation. Talk to some of them. Seek help from friends and family. Even if he is "not ready" you can make decisions on your own. And since it is his child, he has to at least financially support it nonetheless.

Well there is alot of discussion you need to have with your boyfriend. Forcing a man to raise a child before he is ready can force him out that door quicker than you can blink your eyes. If you are really interested in having this baby and he's not you need to make the best decision for yourself. Its your body and you will be the one raising the child if he leaves.
Best of luck in your decision. Hope things work out.

There are millions of woman who are single mothers there is nothing wrong with this at all. If you both are not ready please consider giving the baby up for adoption. There are also millions of woman who cannot have children who would give anything to have one! Give them a chance to become a mother if you both aren't ready!

OK you have to be 100% sure that you are pregent. When you are you need to think of what to do. He did help witht he process and he NEEDS to know what hapened. If you need to wait for a few days fine but in the end you need to tell him. On the pluse side be happy!!

Give him time to think and cool off. Then bring the conversation up again and talk about what your options are together. He is says he can handle it then bam you got what you wanted.
But if he says he's out and doesn't want to own up to the responsibilities of his (and yours) actions then its your decision.
You then have to think about what you want. What is better for you and your baby? Keeping it and raising it on your own....or adoption. I hope you don't consider abortion.
Either way do what best for you and your baby.

sit him down and talk to him. let him know hes got time to get ready but he needs to help you take care of that baby. becareful with what you say and how you say it, cause guys are pregnant too, and his emotions are gonna get all mixed up and fuzzy, just likes yours might. so just talk. my bf and i went through the same thing, but now that i talked to him, hes more excited then i am. so just becareful. :)
love jen.

Don't worry about the BF! Get him on child support if he decides to walk away.

Your choice, but regardless he should have thought of that before letting his ding-a-ling out of his pants.
