EVERYTIME I GET MY PERIOD... IF I TOTAL UP ALL THE CLOTS THAT I USE I WOULD AT LEAVE SAY ITS 1 CUP MAYBE 2. WHAT IS IT?

Normal? Well, no. But it's not unusual either. It's called endometriosis. It's not a problem in and of itself, but if it is bothersome to you, (too painful, unmanageable sanitary issues, etc) you should see your GYN and get some help.

it's normal. my mother used to have actual meat slide out of her (sorry tmi) but it was so big like bigger than a steak, of course that is too much so they had to take care of it but a cup is perfectly normal.
its just the lining of your uterus shedding.
