That would be Agentina's problem, not Bush's. You are aware that Argentina is not part of the United States?
Do you have a link to the story where the SS detail was involved in a fight? Seems the main stream US media left that detail out.

1st I recall in no article I read on this topic today. That an Argentina Man assaulted any SS agent. Maybe I did not read the new conspiracy newspaper. I can see it now:
Barbara Bush, one of the Twin daughters of president Bush. Got secret documents stolen from her Top secret Cingular Cell Phone. In these documents, can be found secret talks with Fidel Castro on Oil in Anartica.
SS Agent, M. W. Dinkledorf was quoted as saying, " I had my eyes on her the whole time"
See, The Argentina man was hired by Exxon oil. To capture and retrieve the information on the cell phone.
Stuff in the purse, could possibly show Pres. Bush is not from here but actually from the Planet Xanadu.
Quoted from an inside Source close to Barbara
"I know she is close enough to her Father to be trusted"
Woo HOO....i am going to market this theory it might be a good one.
Seriously though. Where in the world do you think the President has anything to do with protecting his Daughter, PERSONALLY, when the President is in the FAR EAST right now....DUH
Thanks

It was the Secret Service that was in charge of protecting Barbara at the time, not Bush. Shame on the Secret Service Agents.

I must have missed that story in my papers. Even if it did happen what would a plan for National Security have to do with an apparent random act of violence, especially if it happened a couple of thousand miles away? I am not necessarily endorsing George Bush as he has obviously made a number of very costly mistakes, at least in judgment, maybe worse, but I fail to draw the analogy here.

Bush isn't Santa Clause, he can't be every where at once. No man can protect everyone all the time always. The problem isn't with Bush but apparently with his Secret Service guards who didn't do a good job. Not Bush's fault though

Where do you get your news? The thieves stole the purse when the Secret Service's back were turned watching Barbara herself. There was no confrontation between the thieves and Secret Service.

Wow, you don't read the news closely do you? Her purse and cellphone were stolen from under her table. The Secret Service agents were standing a distance away.
"A pair of thieves removed the purse from under a table while Secret Service agents stood guard at a distance..."

Get a grip. It was the secret service didn't protect his daughter - he was in DC doing his job.
Do you blame Adam Walsh's abduction and murder on his father, John Walsh, who went on to found America's Most Wanted? Do you blame Natalee Holloway's parents for what happened to her?
Honestly. Stick to the issues, not baseless hatred and Bush-bashing.

What does this have to do with Bush and National security-- geez, are people's brains being melted?
That said, how in the heck did the secret service allow some common thugh to rip her off. What a joke. Somebody ought to get fired over that one-- Geez, it could have been somebody trying to kill her-- if they can mug her, they could certainly have more harm to her.
