I would say their biggest concern would be operating a year behind everyone else. Seriously, they are in a very competitive business. There are others selling a similar product so they are somewhat at the mercy of competition and the economy. An outbreak of mad cow disease could put them in jeopardy along with others that sell a lot of beef.
