I would check with my doctor first before taking any medications. Its better to get an experts opinion, just to be safe.

I experienced the tenderness and soreness with each of my 3 pregnancies, and each one I used a heating pad on a very low setting to ease the pain. The warmth from the heating pad eased up the pain.

Hope you feel better. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy and have a healthy delivery and baby!!

Tylenol is safe to take (according to my family doc)
However if it's not excruciating there's not point in exposing the baby to the toxins.

I too am pregnant and have really sore breasts. I find the things that work for me are a nice warm shower, and wearing a sports bra. Regular bra's are a nightmare for me.

I wish you the best of luck.

Ice them. Thats the best thing to do.

Pregnancy is painful, you cant just take something everytime you have an ache or pain, the baby takes it too. And if you did take something every time, you'd always be popping pills. Somethings always going to hurt.

Your best bet is to stay active, and take it in stride.

Tylenol is OK to take. But the things that worked for me were warm showers and wear a snug fitting sports bra.

Wife is experiencing the same problem. Will go away during the second trimester. You can take tylenol. Sports bra helps.

im sure if you ask the doctor they'd say nothing. its not safe to take medications while pregnant. just go a while without a bra, or if you have to wear one...get one that doesnt have a wire in it. drink lots of water.

love jen.
