It seems every house in Florida is for sale and prices are plummeting.

I want to buy again in 11 months.

Do you forsee the prices continuing downward or increasing?

Also, I want to spend about 180,000 on the purchase.

Median prices are almost 450k where Im at, do you know any nice areas/communities in Florida that are inexpensive?

The market is going to vary is different areas withing FLorida, overall there will continue to be a slight decline in the areas which have seen the largest growth in the recent past, but other sections of the state may actually increase a little.

My personal recommendation is buy conservative, in a less known, moderate income area. If possible buy in where you can do some work yourself to fix it up (that should help finda place not overpriced) and don't rush. Offer low, at this time.
