boots, i would say snow boots like ugg or the various different styles of snow boots ( thats what we call those type of boots down here in the A, i'm not sure if thats what they are called where you are from so forgive me). Do not where pumps. It looks more skanky and i'm sure u r not a skank. It doesn't make since to where pumps with a short skirt. U might be able to get away with it if you were goin to a club, but no, it still would not look right. Wear boots.

Well I wouldnt really recommend wearing a short skirt during winter, but if you do then boots would look really cute.

I think boots that above the calf and below the knee are good. Don't wear pants under your short skirt, be sure to wear a nice pair of hose!

Well, being a teenage girl, i usually wear skirts year round, i would try some really cute boots, like uggs or one of those brands, also skate board shoes such as adios,etnies,dvs those look pretty cute too, thats just what the girls and i wear in my school.

Boots, or a sexy high heel, depending on what kind of skirt it is denim, or what, but a nice stilletto boot.

Like yet another poster, i could actual recommend ninewest. possibly extreme heel oxfords. they're very prominent desirable now, and that i think of they look expert and large with skirts and tights.

wear boots and patterned tights dont wear flat shoes they just make people look cold

definatly a pair of leggings and either flats or boots. i think heels sometimes cheapens the look.
