Sounds to me like you have 3 options...
1.) Leave it there until it falls off on its own. You could be on the cutting edge of the newest fashion, you never know!
2.) Light it on fire. Those tubes are cardboard and plastic, they will burn quite nicely. When the flames die down you will notice that the tube has disappeared.
3.) Chew your arm off at the elbow. This may take a while, but your persistence will be rewarded with an arm (or at least half an arm) that no longer has a Pringles tube attached to it.

Yes - First, CALM DOWN. Everything is going to be fine. If you Panic, you are only going to make things worse. OK - next, admit that you have a problem and try to think how you got into it. Think back to everything you did up to now that has to do with Pringles. Now do the exact REVESE of that. Do it quickly, too. Don't sit there hemming and hawing about it - just get on with it. And finally, once you have done that, promise NEVER to EAT PRINGLES AGAIN - they are full of transfats. Thank you.

try letting go of the pringle and next time dump the pringles out of the can so you don't hurt yourself.

OK go to your kitchen. Get the largest butcher knife that you can find. Put your hand on a cutting board and started cutting way. Be sure and STOP when you get to your hand. Also it helps when cleaning your ears to stop pushing the Q-tip in when it meets resistance.

Start a small moss fire at the end of the can and see if you can "smoke" your hand out, like a ornery possum!

call in sick from work, and go on vacation for a week or so, looking for the best lubricant possible to take your hand out of that evil can.
