I'm a droppout myself and I don't reccommend it but you just go to the guidance dept and tell them you won't be coming back
That's that...but if I was you I would check out some "alternative" learning choices....I just wanted to add that just b/c you're a dropout doesn't mean you're a failure...there are some people that will tell you that you are..but as long as you get your diploma or GED eventually then you'll be fine...also I dropped out when I was 16 and have been working full time eversince that day...it's not a fun life...especially when you have to work and all your friends have a PD day at school and are going shopping or something...but for alot of people the traditional school system isn't the way to go..there are many different "alternative" schools...homeschooling and online courses..the world is your oyster

Did you know that high-school dropouts usually make less than 18,000 per year, a high-school graduate about 29,000, a college graduate about 50,000? If you have decided that you want to live in poverty your whole life, then drop out. Most employers don't want anything to do with a high-school dropout, because they haven't demonstrated the ability to stick with something.
Did you know that 80% of the prison population are high-school dropouts?
What kind of example do you think you will be setting for any children you may have? Poverty breeds poverty. Do you want your kids to grow up that way, then your grandkids, etc?
Schools have extra help available, either through special programs, peer tutoring, and career/college counseling. Some churches offer tutoring.
Please don't drop out--you will regret it the rest of your life!

Honey, suck it up and stay in school. You don't want to be flipping burgers for minimum wage the rest of your life. Plus, in some states, if you drop out of school you will lose your driver's license. I know a few dropouts and believe me, the lives they are leading are not satisfactory ones.
