(1)Because you can't understand half of what's said in a "rap' song anyway, so it probably goes un-noticed.

(2)The "N" word is so improper and outdated that only those of weaker intelligence use it.

I guess because he used it directed as an insult toward and individual. An individual who actually paid money to go see this man do a comedy bit.

I am not real sure on this, but I think you can only say the N word if you are black. I don't think white people have been given the right to use this word because of how our ancestors used this as verbal abuse years ago.

Have a great Holiday!

You can use the N word in the comedy club. If you CALL someone the N word anywhere, then it's wrong. But just to use it in a club or song, no there's no problem with that.

There is a level of double standard in this, but then again, there is for every race. People from the same race, any race, can say things to each other that they can't say to others. I don't really know why, but it's just one of those things.

What you're trying to say actually is "why can black people use the n-word and anybody else that uses it is crucified"?
Why can't white people get it that just because some of us (NOT ALL)say it does not give you the right to use it......ever again.
Why would you even want to say it anyway? To prove a point? Knock yourself out, everybody else is apparently enjoying it as well...
OY!

Because the Y word would cause the T word with the M word and then you'd be a Z word!

It's all quite absurd, isn't it... Like I don't know what they mean when they say it. I can watch the aftermath of an Iraq bombing, but not hear the - dare I say it - N-word...

not just that but why can black people get up on stage and talk about white people calling them honkies and other words making fun of them and that's okay? but to your question they say its because they are talking to each other i never understood it if you don't like the word then you shouldn't be calling it to each other

because most rappers are black.
its ok for them 2 do it because they arent using it as a derogatory remark.
i personally think its also wrong when they use it but its not up to me.
the difference really isnt where, but who is using it.
