How about....eat what you want!!! Than, before you go to bed from the sleepy workout get some workout done. For 20 minutes not even. Do some sit ups twist as you're doing them a little bit, do some leg exercises and enjoy! The next day you'll feel like you worked out for an hour and you won't be worryin about the thanksgiving feast. Just don't eat alot before or after.

As much as you want. It is a special occasion, you only have it one time a year..
I wouldnt worry, ubless you have a habit of pigging out and eating way too much on a regular daily basis..
I would eat untill I felt full, not to the point Im so full I am going to make myself sick and completly uncomfortable..
Dont stress, try a little serving of everything...

It's not everyday that you have a Thanksgiving dinner, you should dig in and enjoy all the foods offered! It's just one day! Make the most of it and be thankful and happy! Have a great day!

i say go ahead and eat as MUCH as you want. You'll know you had enough when your belly is so full that it's uncomfortable to keep sitting down!!
