Maybe- Cable modem service normally uses one (or more) standard cable TV channel(s) for the downlink. The cable TV feeds are on the rest of the channels. The downlink channel(s) varies depending on the service provider and the technical setup of the cable system.

Unless Cox filters out all but your cable modem downlink channel at your home the rest of the cable channels should be available.

I used to work for Cox and depending on where you live you may be able to get cable. Someties they have filters in place o prevent this from happening. You just may get lucky...
