I need to up date my graphics card and I need to know who makes the best cards for a good price.

Sorry Sasho -- not correct. Matrox is outdated and their top tier cards are only good for some workstations. Look to any nVIDA based 7900-7900-8800 class card forthe best, or an ATI based card X1900. ATI has the best IQ (image quality) in my opinion, save the newest $650.00 behemouth nVIDA based 8800GTX -- but the 8800 is DX10 based and XP won't be able to see any DX10 benefits (only Vista will use DX10). So right now I would say a Sapphire X1900XTX or eVGA 7950GTX would be the best right now unless you can afford the 8800GTX and will use Vista very soon.

Matrox RTX 100... a bit old but it's still the best.... but it costs over $800
