Im bleeding from my but does anyone know whats going on with me?

The most likely cause is hemorrhoids which are easily treated if caught early.

You could be dehydrated. I went to see my doc. she said you need to drink more fluids...especially water. I hate drinking water! She told me DO not dilute your water with any flavors because you need the water to cleanse your system and put nutrients into it. So, if it isn't dehydration then I would suggest you go see your doctor. It could be something more serious than just dehydration.

Could be nothing but better to be sure.
