"Best hotel or resort" depends on what you are looking for in a place. Ocho Rios is a town that has several resorts, and Runaway Bay has even more. You should decide what you are looking for in a resort. Do you want all inclusive? Do you want to stay where children are catered to or a more adult oriented resort (or a more ADULT oriented one.) Some places are party centered while others have relaxation as the main event. Some are 5 star while others are 3 or less. I will suggest you make decisions on what you are looking for. This will make a great vacation if done carefully. Then go to TripAdvisor.com where you can look up specific resorts. You will find dozens of reviews by recent visitors there. Also, check out the forums section which is a question and answer area on the general area. It is a great site and an invaluable tool for researching a trip. Have fun researching and vacationing!

I stayed there very last 12 months for purely 2 days. The unit I had became impressive and spacious. I actually have heard that it relies upon on what unit you get because many are privately owned, as became the single I stayed in. I walked in and tried to get a room yet they were all booked. between the safe practices guards knew a private n proprietor who rented me there abode unit. The grounds are impressive and also you're in strolling distance to each and every thing on the city.

Depends on what you are looking for. Sans Souci is an excellent hotel - very classy, 24 hr. room service, full spa service, great restaurants, mineral pool, clothing optional beach. Close to travel sites - i.e., Dunns River Falls.

Sunset Beach. The beach is beautiful and the water is crystal clear. Its easy to get to the tourist sites from there and the staff is attentive. Also the food is to die for. Literally.
