Does anyone in here ever had an ex that will run to every friend that you make of the opposite sex and then tell them of all the horrible things that you did and then take them as their own friends and leave you out in the cold. Does your ex blog some very personnel items to everyone who will listen on the internet and then run to the cops every time she gets pissed off at you ?

My ex did something similar, but his new wife did the blogging on her myspace page, took all the friends I had, and made them hers, and is now trying to get custody of my daughter because she doesn't have custody of her own kids.
My ex let's her do this and when I make a stink about it, and tell him the court papers say others cannot defame the other spouse, he tells me he cannot control what she does.
I don't envy you. I've been divorced 7 years and I still get this. Only 4 more until my daughter is 18 and can make her own choices about what SHE wants, not what I want, here dad wants, or her step parents wants. Good Luck

Some ex's do this because they can't get over you and don't want you to have a life. Others do it because of the misery they went through before they got you out of their lives. Some do this just to be vindictive for the pain they were caused and couldn't get back at you at the time. Some just go on with their lives and try to forget the past.

Wow....never heard of that happening before. I am an "ex wife" but I would never do those things to my ex husband. The relationship is over, therefor that's it. Your best bet would be to get a restraining order. Keep record of the things she's doing, and get police reports of your own. You can also get wittness statements from other people that know whaty she's doing. That's a scary situation for you, and I'm sorry you have to deal with it. Good luck!

Hold on a minute now... TAKE THE POWER BACK...seriously... and any so called "friend" of yours who actually will listen to a bitter ex babble on and on about you in the first place, but then to actually believe her and not only stop being your friend, but start being hers, was definately not worth your precious time and energy (in otherwords, with friends like that who needs enemies)... Ill tell you what.... go on with your life and ignore her, no matter what she says or to who... Any person with the IQ of room temperture can see that obviously she can't get over you and needs therapy and to get a life (and that she is horribly immature). Trust me, no one really cares anyway, they all have their own troubles in life. Living well, best revenge. I find her action to show what a pittiful little soul she is. How sad. Meantime, get on with the rest of your life.. Hurray she's not your problem anymore! IGNORE HER TOTALLY.. BULLY'S HATE TO BE IGNORED!

If she is saying crap about you to your husband's family, than he needs to step up and make things clear to them that she is just stirring up drama and rumors. I would advice that you keep your personal business personal. Why would she know whether or not you and your husband are having any marital problems? Also, he should try getting joint custody of his child. There is no reason why he can't and there would be no way he could be looked at as an uninvolved father if he does.

Sounds like your ex has some serious anger issues. The truth always wins out in the end, just be patient, people will tire of her hatred. Sorry to hear you're going through this though.

I'm thinking that if you have no ties with this person i.e kids property etc and you can afford it I would move if even to another town near you or across town or if your job can transfer you some where else jump on it!

They weren't your friends to start with if they act like that --- as for the ex, just move away.

Get a restrainig order, talk to your friends and ignore her. Once she figures out that she's not getting to you she'll most likely stop.
