I doubt it, 'eat me' is not really offensive unless you are reeeeeally sensitive :) I read in the paper the other day though that GO05TEP has been removed from DVLA database in case it upsets the Germans.

It's entirely possible, since any plate that gives an offensive phrase will be pulled.

Unlikely, because it would have had to have been 3MTA3, and they've never been issued in that format before.
