Have a nice cup of tea and find a little kitty to stroke. It will do wonders for your blood pressure.
Take that however you like.

It depends on what is making you so anxious. Is it money? Stress at work? If you are stressing about money for the holidays, just remember to keep within your budget and give people gifts that you can afford. They will understand if it isn't the new Xbox 360 but a gift set. They will appreciate it because it was from you, not super expensive. Or do you have to work on the holidays? I have to work on Thanksgiving, but I get paid overtime. And as I see it, money is money and I can use the hours. Sit back and enjoy the holidays rather than be stressed. That is why they are called the holidays! And if that doesn't work...drop hints to everybody that the only thing you want for christmas is a spa vacation!

I have an anxiety disorder and am against the pills. Not for everyone but for my self. Sometimes theyjust makeit worse.
What you need to do is take some time every day where you just do something for your self. Go to the gym (endorphenes will rise if you work out and it will alter your mood), do Yoga, Meditate, read a book, listen to calm music. Atleast for 1 hour a day. It will help you get in touch with your self and calm you down.
If you don't take time for your self and keep spending every minute of every day worrieing about pleasing everyone else you will make your self angry and do the exact opposite. Remember your mood is projected to everyone you encounter, if your pissy... everyone else will be too and thats what causes all the Holidy stress.

A holiday is just a day. It's not worth stressing over. I wish you would have given more information on just what stresses you. But I learned to take out of my life...the part that stresses me the most. Like others have said. If it's gifts...give something from your heart.....not just something that costs a lot of money. Cut down on how much you have to cook and bake? Make it simple and easier on you. That way you will be able to enjoy the holidays more.

1) Replace lightbulbs in your house with those that recreate natural sun light.
2) Meditation.
3) Get some Lavendar and Jasmine essential oils to do some aromatherapy with.
4) Talk yourself in to looking forward to seeing all your relatives. :) Seriously, if you understand that they are all anxious about 'relative' overload the same as you, and you understand that you are all in the same boat, you don't need to feel isolated. Relatively speaking.
5) Get a massage.
6) Long hot baths.
7) Mind over matter. If you really don't mind, it won't matter.
