It starts playing music randomly, going "asaniwamietaanotogaowemoitsumademo" and st0f! I don't even tell it to and then naked ladies take over my screen help :(

It's called Porn at Large with Steve Jobs. Yea it happens sometimes legend has it that Steve is jealous of Microsoft and he wants to put Porn online so they can sue Bill Gates.

You have a virus or really bad spyware.
Go to www.download.com and search for antivirus software with free liscences. Download AVG Free Edition. Make sure you update it and then run a full scan.
Restart your computer and then go back to download.com
Look for Anti-spyweare with free liscences. Get Cyberblocker (or something like that. I have it on a different computer) Run the scan and your computer should be better.

You have a virus and/or spyware. Run a virus scan and also run a spyware cleaner such as Adaware SE. You can get a free virus checker such as AVG and Adaware SE from downloads.com
