Wow, that's a lot of sites. I don't think that's possible to have a list of every web site out there. Besides, it would be outdated within 1 second anyway.

It is not possible to get complete list of all website . but you can use Yahoo directory or Google directory to get this list (not complete).
There are many website directory that you can find many webiste in it. Be sure they are not complete but useful.
Let me know what do you want to do if you find a complete list? fi you are going to solve a problem, I think you should change your way . :)

There are millions of sites so finding a list will be virtually impossible. You could start building your own list by going to http://www.domainsurfer.com/ and typing aa, then ab, then ac etc

Wow! whole internet on a floppy disk!
I don't remeber exactly, but the count is an absurdly big number. you just can't even read the list in your lifetime. and yes, if you finish that, then it's useless already :)

No they change all the time. So there is no way to keep an up to the second list.
