NOTE: Clicking the link may give an error indicating it is
invalid. If this occurs, copy the portion of the address
on the remaining line(s) and paste it at the end of the
address showing in your browser until the complete address is displayed in the Address box.
To download and install the printer driver, follow the steps given
below.
To download the printer driver, do the following:
1. Create a new folder (dj930) on the hard drive. The recommended
folder path is C:\dj930
2. Download the driver to the newly created C:\dj930 folder.
To install the printer driver, do the following:
CAUTION: The printer cable (USB or parallel) must be unplugged before proceeding. Do not connect the printer cable to
the printer until instructed to do so by the installation software.
1. Open the C:\dj930C folder and double-click the downloaded
"930-enu-xp.exe" file. Once the files are loaded, the driver
installation screen will open.
NOTE: If the installation screen does not open, follow the steps given below to manually open the installation screen.
a. In the C:\dj930 folder, double-click the "win2k_xp"
folder.
b. Double-click the "Setup.exe" file to start the
installation program.
2. Click "Install Printer Software.
NOTE: If this screen is not present, check the taskbar for a
minimized screen named 930C. Click this item to
activate this screen.
Follow the instructions on the installer screen.
NOTE: You may see a screen indicating the printer cannot be found. Click the Try to Locate Again button to
continue.
After the printer has finished installing, there will be a screen
requiring you to click Done.
There may be one or more printers installed. To verify the correct
printer has been selected, do the following:
1. Click Start and then Printers and Faxes.
2. Verify that the HP Deskjet 930c series is present.
NOTE: There may be more than one printer with 930c in the name.
The one WITH series in the name is the printer driver from
HP. The one WITHOUT series in the name is the built-in
driver included in the Windows XP operating system.
3. Make sure the HP printer driver with series in the name has a
checkmark next to it, indicating it is the default printer. (To
make a printer the default printer, right-click the printer name
and select Set as Default Printer.)

You need External HardDrive or USB Drive for transfer the backup Data. First you need to connect the External HardDrive or USB Drive in to your Computer in which Printer software's installed. Then go to the Start Menu ---> System Tools -> Backup.... After click on "Backup" you will see the new window of "Backup or Restore Wizard"... In this Window you need to click the Next Button, then select the Backup files and setting option and Click the Next Button. After that you need to select the Last one Option (Let me Choose what to backup) and then click the Next Button. Then you need to select the Folder where Printer software installed. Then choose the destination Folder where to save your Backup, also give the name of Backup and click the Next Button... through this way you can create a backup of your Printer's Software and Go to the New Computer and Open the same "Backup or Restore Wizard" and select the Second option for restore. I hope this will work.

The manufacturer's website should have drivers and software. Go to hp.com, canon.com, epson.com, lexmark.com... wherever and find "drivers and software" or whatever. It's there.
