You can make your pies ahead of time, and possibly rolls. These can be easily warmed again.

Rolls can be made today, as can mashed potatoes and stuffing (if you're doing it in the oven). I will do all my baking today so the oven's clear for the turkey tomorrow. You can also prep a lot of your ingredients today. If you're cooking your stuffing in the bird, mince your celery and onion today and refrigerate. Any chore like that can be done ahead of time as well.

do all your prep'n and its good to get the desserts out of the way early ... my mom always have me chop the veggies, season the bird, and preparing the desserts.

turkey, mashed/sweet potatoes, stuffing, ham, green beans, cranberry relish and for desert...PUMPKIN PIE!! (its what we had last yr and are having this year, try it, its super good!)
