The software that came with your MP3 player is made for that specific MP3 player...check the manufacturer's web site, they might have updated software there.

Hello, have you tried going to the drive (a:,d:, e:)it's in ; once the installation cd is inserted into your computer and opening it up that way?
If that doesn't work you may want to check that the pc or mac that you are using is strong enough and has enough memory for you to download the installation CD unto your hard drive. Sometimes if a computers hard drive doesn't have adequate space for the program that is being installed, this happens.
Solution : Either go to the website of the manufacturer to seek help or erase some unwanted programs (derag or disk scan) in order to free up space. But first determine if space is the problem or not; to determine what the problem is go to manafacturers website or check the web sites below
