You can remain on the same level or on the top too after 3 years from now, there are many incidents like that.
All depends on your hard work and the effort you put.
Always try to be a small fish in a big pond rather the other way, especially in the entry level, once you get on top itis so inferior to ask someone about your doubts and get it clarified. Instead being on a low level hierarchy you will never be hesitated to ask your superior about your job and that’s how you grow fast.
There are many exceptional cases; man gets on the top of an organization in a short span, however big it is. Extra ordinary calibre, if you belong to that class, you can be on the top in 2 years.
