The are no where near being best rappers....they are both average at best but between them Biggie is a little better.

I feel B.I.G is because he collaborated with alot of other musicians. and you still hear his music today and it still sounds like a newly released song. With alot more variety. I just personally feel even with his passing his music still keeps him alive to this day.
