Well, it only a photgraph for a resume for the post of an airhostess, you are not one yet, right?
so be in a very formal(suit) matches your colour, skirt would be fine, you don’t have to wear the costumes of an air hostess.
if you do not have a jacket to wear tight shirt is okay, with tight bra
go to a parlour and get yourself groomed before you pose for a photograph.
hair tied behind, eye brows lined, eyes lightly coloured, cheeks can be coloured as well, but too glossy.
Make sure it must a light colour background when you click both stamp size full size photograph.

Look at some of their uniforms.
You can go to a air port and observe or look at advertisements in the paper or magazine.
Female business suite, sari or salwar koora(depends) should do. With proper shoes, they are call pumps. Avoid high hills if you are not use to, at interview(you do not want to trip and fall), in full photo high hills will look good.
Do not ware cap or hats, they want to see you not some funny cap or hat. They ware providing and using them in the past but few use it to-day and few ware them even when provided. By providing cap they were trying to create look alike or trade mark.

A pair of trousers, round neck top, and a coat over it... colors should be combinations between white, light blue, maroon, black collars of coat, etc… if possible get a new set of clothes for the photograph…
