1 bag cranberries
6 Red Delicious Apples
2 Oranges
2 +-cups Sugar
Core the apples, peel one orange and cut them all into quarters. In a food processor, chop cranberries, apples, and oranges. You want these to be chopped coarse (like relish). Put into a large bowl, add sugar, let stand for at least 2 hours. Will keep for a week in refrigerator. Can also be frozen and thawed later.

You will get so many recipies it will be hard to choose and have cranberries coming out of your ears, with that, here's one more, 1 can cranberry sauce, 1 can opener, viola! Just kidding. Check the back of the bag of cranberries, I did and got an unusal but good cranberry relish idea, only used a litte orange peel, added about a half cup of walnuts and a couple TBS. of O.J. concentrate, it was a hit. It only called for a cup of sugar so if you do make a sauce I would not use more than a cup per bag.

Use 4cups of fresh cranberries and 2 cups of sugar mix in a baking dish and bake for about 1 hour, when you remove from the oven and brandy to it. I add the brady to my taste, I don't measure it, but put it after you take the cranberries out of the oven. Iv'e made this the past two years and my family loves it. Enjoy
