Physics or maybe Aerodynamics. I'm interested in both because they can each help humanity advance. However on a personal, selfish level, I'd like to be an expert on music because I just love it & knowing me, I'd end up doing experiments such as music as a mood altering experience...hey, that might help humanity too. lol

I guess.... I would choose... medicine. As in I am already a Paramedic, so I would want to be the best field doctor/medic in the world.
