it all depends who is going to be there and who do you want to impress! For a man, something sexy and black, for others, do you want to be concertative? Or what kind of function of people goingt to be there! Party dress with matching heels and little purse to go along with it and don't forget your outter wear coat to go with your outfit!

stick with a dress, red is traditional, but see if you can get a black one and use a red wrap or shawl and black and red jewerly. Or, nice black trouser pants with a really nice red top/blouse
