Ghost Whisperer Cast Member?

On Ghost Whisperer, it seems like Camryn Manheim's son has changed actors. I couldn't find info on him or his actor online. I thought he was blonde up until the last episode on Friday. Thanks!

No he is played by the same kid your confusing the blonde kid for he was a ghost and Melinda helped him cross over but that guy Ned has always been Ned
