root viruses infect your system files
so it cannot be removed without a tough manuever
but they can be disabled by deleting the .dl key form
your registry (which most of the root virii use)
you can edit your registry by typing "regedit" in the "run" app.

you have to delete it from the my computer section. First find out the program name, then search for it (found after you hit start). After that go to my computer>local disk>whatever the file name is, and delete it.
