Im never quite sure on how people would explain these music types, and im pretty sure other people feel the same! i think lines between different types of music are very thin!!

rock is when the beat is kinda like boom boom
heavy metal- a harder rock
indie rock- exotic rock
r&b- a song that has rap and a slow like beat to rap and blues
hip-hop- is a beat that u krunk dance to
pop- a softer but louder beat than hip-hop a dancing beat
