It usually happens from either stress in your life or lack of sleep or using your eyes for long periods of time doing things like watching TV reading or time @ the computer screen( judging by your points I'd have to say the last one). The best remedy is to take extra sleep and avoid the screen for a spell. Good luck winky!

That usually happens to me when I'm stressed. Try breathing exercise for a few minutes & a cold compress. Hope that quick fix will help. Overall though try to reduce your tension level.

like you mean when it twitches and stuff? i always thought it was eyestrain, rubbing my eyes, eye drops, and just getting away from the computer for a while helps
