Two quarts is 64 fluid ounces. Look at the label of your chosen brand(s) of water and drink until you've reached 64 ounces...or drink tap water and know the size of the glass you are using (many bottled waters are from community water supplies anyway, no different than your community's tap water).

If you want the weight of the water in grams it is 32 grams ans it is 2 pounds and the water bottle's weight might differ since it depend on how much matter or air there is in the bottle when u weigh it.

i think u need to convert Ounces to Liters, then convert Liters to Mols, then convert Mols to Grams.
