found this trailer for a Japanese movie on youtube(i'm in the process of hunting it down, lol)called "Kagen no tsuki"( ah think it's pronounced as 'kagenotchky')which means "Last Quarter".I've seen a bit of it on the same site but didn't have subtitles(now i really gotta find the movie).2 things i like in it asides from the story. The theme song is also PART of the story plus it's sung by one of the main characters,Aa popular singer from Japan(HYDE).(i love the part where the violin part goes on a sad yet sexy frenzy!) and second-that girl from Kill Bill Vol.1 is there(yes, the innocent looking schoolgirl/assassin-"Gogo") -CHIAKI KURIYAMA
you said you like foreign films,so give this one a try.always liked Japanese films, they're so different.Plus the actresses are a lot cuter too!Har2! =>
also saw this french comedy a while back called-"The Closet"-you really should see it!

Love the Hard Way.
It stars Adrien Brody. Here's what imdb has to say about it:
"The story of a petty thief who meets an innocent young woman and brings her into his world of crime while she teaches him the lessons of enjoying life and being loved."
It's twisted and it doesn't necessarily go where you think it's going, it has some incredibly sad scenes, but it's also kind of about picking yourself up after you hit rock bottom.
I really enjoy this one.
Some other good movies I love would be...
Tortilla Soup
In Her Shoes
Saved!
Waiting
The Boondock Saints
Gidget

Foreign movies, eh? Have you ever seen Run Lola Run. I love that movie. It's German. Don't watch if dubbed in English though. Doesn't have the same effect.

Thank You For Smoking is the most hilarious modern movie.
If you haven't seen the classic Ferris Bueller's Day Off, you should see that too.
